1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using ShiftPilot you agree to these terms. If you use ShiftPilot on behalf of an organization, you accept them on that organization's behalf.

2. Use of the service

ShiftPilot is a workforce-management tool for scheduling, attendance, leave and related operations. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in line with your organization's policies.

3. Accounts & access

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Access levels are assigned by your organization's administrators.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to see, disrupt its operation, or use it to violate the rights of others.

5. Availability & liability

We work to keep ShiftPilot available and reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ShiftPilot after an update means you accept the revised terms.
